Green World Sports Industry Incorporated is a national new and high-tech enterprise authenticated first by Beijing Municipality, which integrates R&D, production and sale of new ground materials as well as professional design and construction of sports facilities. Green World is also one of construction units under the National Porch Program and the National New Products Program. The Company passes ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSMS18001 Management System Certification and possesses the National Grade One Qualification for Professional Contracting of Sports Facilities Engineering.
In independent R&D and innovation, the Company successfully developed product series under the self-owned brands ZEPHYR ®, Play-Ace ®, ARCHlegno TM and Green World TM, possessing the proprietary intellectual property rights completely. In particular, the Company possessed and invented the prefabricated environmental rubber track under the patented brand ZEPHYR ®, which has become the domestic first dedicated product authenticated by International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and fully meeting the requirements of international competitions. Upon the industrialized production and application, this product has been paved for nearly a million square meters and applied successfully to about 50 standard athletic grounds, such as Fuzhou Sports Center of Special Olympics, Foshan Century Lotus Stadium, Taizhou Sports Center and Wuhai Training Base, creating the most outstanding achievements among the domestic peers.
Since the establishment in 1995, by adhering to the principle of "Innovative Development, Customer Satisfaction and Cooperative Win-win", Green World has created a technological innovation system which highlights enterprise dominance, market orientation and combination of production, study and research, and grasped core technology and proprietary intellectual property right, forming the core competitiveness for stable and benign development. In 2005, the Company accomplished its reconstructing for joint-stock company after a decade of development. From then on, Green World continued to exert its leading role in innovating management mode, integrating quality resources and promoting the cooperative development of sports industry, and has become a leading enterprise of production and sale in the sports industry.
In aspect of professional services for sports facilities and design & construction, the Company has realized the professional integration from creation of a single tennis court to engineering projects of various sports venues, and undertaken nearly 1,000 engineering projects, covering 28 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions as well as Asian and African countries like South Korea, Mongolia and Equatorial Guinea. Among them, the Company undertook the venues of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, World Youth Championship, China Open, Special Olympics in Fuzhou, Asian Games in Guangzhou as well as other various large-scale professional venues. In particular, during the engineering construction of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the Company won the bid of construction and services for National Tennis Center of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, Warm-up Venue of "Bird’s Nest" of National Stadium, Dedicated Training Venue of National Team for Olympic Games. The Company was also employed as the sports technology and process technical adviser for the National Stadium "Bird’s Nest".
In resource integration and coordinated development of sports industry, the Company innovatively introduces the cooperative mode, BT (Build Transfer) and BOT (Build Operate Transfer), participates in the construction of sports facilities and develops the innovative service conditions of sports industry and helps China achieve a sustained development in sports industry. In 2010, the Company adopted the capital operations and invested 130 million Yuan to start building Gu'an Citizen Activity Center with a BT brand-new pattern, and this has been the first time for the Company to build such a large comprehensive sports real estate project in this pattern. In 2012, this project construction was officially commenced and completed by the end of 2013. The successful application BT pattern in Gu'an project also opened the gate for the Company to make strategic friends and intimate partners with the peers sincerely and earnestly.
